Jason Froehle was a "C-K" (coaches' kid) who played for his father, head coach Mark Froehle. He was a heady, aggressive, versatile player, who logged ice time at forward and defense. Jason had a goal and an assist in the Abes' 5-4 win over Northland Pines in the WIAA State Tournament in 1990. He was named to the 1991 All-Northwest Hockey First Team.
Jason went on to play for UW-Eau Claire and won the 1994-95 Richard O'Brien Award honoring his work ethic.
Jason is currently living in Anchorage, Alaska. He is an environmental health specialist.
