Jacob and his brother, Trevor, moved from Sun Prairie to Eau Claire and both made the Abes' varsity in their first year. Jacob scored his first two goals for the Abes against River Falls on 12/16/14 at Hobbs. He added one at the WIAA State Tournament in Madison. In his senior year, he skated with several different line combinations, and again contributed some big goals, including one at the State Tournament in his final game as an Abe.
