Joe was a member of the 2018 State Champion Bantam team. He had 38 points in his rookie season. Despite a COVID-19 pandemic during his senior season ....and the death of his younger sister, Brooke, in a car crash, Captain Kelly went over the 100-point mark for his Old Abe career.
