Jacob played one season as a regular on
the blue line for
Memorial as a freshman. He then played for the USA NTDP team in Ann
Arbor, Michigan. After a stellar career with the Wisconsin Badgers.
Jake was drafted in the 2012 NHL Entry draft by the Buffalo Sabres in
the 2nd round with the 44th overall pick. He signed a three-year deal
with the Sabres after completing his junior season at Wisconsin. He was
named 1st Team All-Big Ten and led the Badgers to the first-ever Big
Ten Championship. He is now in his first full season with the Blackhawks and playing regularly. His player page is here.

Draft. Signed a three-year, entry-level contract NHL contract with
Buffalo on April 2, 2014.
