Austin is a very versatile player who has made the switch from defense to forward and back again. He had a solid season as a junior with 3 goals and four assists in his last five games. Austin stepped into a forward spot as a sophomore and filled in on one of the top lines in the final weeks for the 2013 State Champs.. He scored his first goal on 12/18/12 at Menomonie and then closed out a solid season with a goal in the State Championship game.
