Eric Ruska played on the first North High hockey team to make it to Madison. The final goal of his career was a crucial one. It gave the Huskies a 5-4 lead over Memorial with less than five minutes left in their WIAA Tournament game on February 21st, 1991. He also scored a pair of goals in an earlier intracity game his senior year.
Eric is currently teaching and coaching girls' hockey and girls' softball in Osseo, Minnesota.
