Chris Smith rode the roller-coaster that was Mike Schwengler's first four years. He played on two teams that won a combined five games in his first two seasons...then backstopped the Abes to back-to-back Sectional Championships and State Tournament appearances in his final two years. His 1.96 GAA in his senior year is one of the best ever by a Memorial netminder. His 16 wins tied Rich Smigaj's school record at the time.
