is closing in on Justin Johnson's career scoring record and the career
goals-scored record. The future Badger capped a great junior season by
being named the Leader-Telegram's Northest Player of the Year and
earning 1st Team All-State Honors. He is now the record-holder for
North with 39 goals in one season. He broke a record that had stood
since 1981 when Steve Blodgett scored 33 times. Sam has established
himself as one of the premier forwards in the state. His sophomore
scoring total was the 5th-best in school history. He has a way of being
in the right place at the right time and has put home some big goals.
Sam's brother, Zac Stange, was the team captain in 2016-17.
